How to protect yourself from Coronavirus?
Sterilize your phone
Don’t take it lightly. Your smartphones are much infected than your hands. Make sure if you touch public door or space, don’t touch your phone and immediately wash your hands with handwash or sanitizer. You can use disinfecting wipes to clean your phone. Use the alcohol-based spray and wipe down your devices.
Look and pay attention to where are you putting your phone down. Don’t put your phones on the public surfaces or tables also. When you are a restaurant or even office, lay down a napkin or cloth and put your phone on it.
Do not buy shopping bags
When going to the grocery stores, malls or stores, make sure you don’t buy shopping bags. Use your own shopping bags to purchase anything. You can use cloth bags as wash and sanitize it after use. Don’t forget to wash your hands when you get home.
Limit the contacts
We know you love to meet people and close ones, but for God’s sake avoid the direct contacts for some time. Keeping distance can save your health. If you feel it is important to shake hands wash your hands immediately. After the gym, restroom, restaurants or office, sanitize your hands.
